The most common method is the static pressure rise test. After evacuating both the drying chamber and condenser to the target vacuum level, isolate the vacuum pump, record the initial pressure, and monitor pressure increase over a fixed period. If the calculated leakage rate exceeds the allowable value, operators should inspect door seals, observation windows, vacuum valves, pipe flanges, and welded joints until the leak source is identified and repaired.
